The Ocean Oasis Suite is your own tropical oasis -
2 oceanfront bedrooms, 1 bath, oceanfront suite that consists of the following: -1 King-sized bed in the oceanfront master bedroom, love seat, and sliding French door leading to private, covered lanai/balcony and ocean -1 Queen-sized bed in the oceanfront 2nd bedroom and sliding French door leading to private, covered lanai/balcony and ocean - 1 Queen-sized sofa bed (suitable for children 12-17 years old) We also have 1 twin-sized rollaway bed to be used in the suite available upon request (suitable for children 12-17 years old) Built Fall 2014, this suite with spacious rooms and modern teak and tropical rattan furnishings, is a dream come true for a family, a small group, or a couple who wants more luxurious accommodations. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children or any combination not to exceed 4 adults). We accept children 12 years old and up. The Ocean Oasis Suite also has an open plan living area with fully-equipped kitchen (full-sized stainless steel refrigerator and stove), dining area, spacious sitting area, private, covered lanai/balcony, and private entrance. The sliding French doors and open French door provide unobstructed views of Magens Bay, the rolling hills, gorgeous sunsets, and beyond! Rates are: $425/night, Winter/Spring - November 15 to May 14. $375/night, Summer/Fall - May 15 to November 14. Rates based on 1-2 guests. Add $50 per each additional guest per night. 6-night minimum rental is required during Winter/Spring. A 5-night minimum rental is required during Summer/Fall. 7-night minimum rental is required during the Winter Holidays. Holiday rates and holiday minimum stays vary.

Amenities
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and an abundance of caution, this suite will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before guests' arrival. However, it will not be cleaned during guests' stay. Guests will be responsible for keeping the suite tidy and changing linens, etc. during stay.
